GETTING STARTED

When you are ready, please complete the Vendor Application to begin reserving your spot. After you've submitted the application, please choose your spot and make payment by clicking one of the boxes below. Once completed, a representative will contact you to discuss your reservation and space request.


Please be advised that there is a limited availability of indoor and porch spaces. In the event that they have sold out, you will be given other options when a representative contacts you.


You will be able to choose how many days you would like to operate after clicking on your space choice below.

INFORMATION FOR VENDORS

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Bayou Trade Days | Flea Market | Farmers Market!  All Vendors are welcome! We are always looking for antiques, furniture, vintage items, custom or handmade goods, etc. Our themes range from rustic and shabby chic to farm chic and simple living. We like custom handcrafted jewelry and art, as well as any custom wood work. We also are looking for Vendors who sell clothing and other fashionable merchandise.  


Trade Days welcomes any type of collections, junk, and garage sale goodies. Tell us what ya got and bring it on in for sell!


  • The Farmers Market is open inside the building and will provide booth space for our local Farmers with homegrown products. We are looking for anything from fresh produce to honey & specialty jams.
  • Home Businesses are also welcome. If you sell cosmetics, essential oils, homemade candles, shoot photography or even sell Tupperware, we would love to have you join us on trade days!  
  •  Vendors can complete the Vendor Application online or fill one out locally at Bayou This & That during operating hours.  

ALL VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO ADDRESS ANY ISSUES OR CONCERNS DIRECTLY WITH THE OPERATORS. WE EXPECT PROFESSIONALISM AMONG THE VENDORS AT ALL TIMES. 

 

SALES TAX  

All vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax to the State of Louisiana (4.45%) and Ouachita Parish (5.99%). You must file a return even if you have no sales or did not attend a particular show (contract vendors). It is the Vendors responsibility to confirm tax requirements with the local tax office.  

Please visit the City of Monroe website for more information and access to the proper Sales Tax Form.

BOOTH | TABLE | TENT RENTALS

All booth rentals are located outside of the main building, except for the Farmers Market. We offer both covered and uncovered spots, with or without electricity, as well as a few table and tent rentals. We do not furnish tables and tents free of charge. A cash or check deposit will be required at the time of reservation. Please contact the office at (318) 805-2022 to confirm payments made in person.  


  • Booth prices start at $25 per day for outside (uncovered), $30 per day for outside (covered or shaded), $35 per day (inside).
  • Inside spots are limited and requests for inside may be wait-listed. 
  • We ask that Vendors operate on both trade days.
  • All booth days must be reserved and paid for in advance.
  • We operate rain or shine - no refunds once spot has been reserved and Vendors should plan on operating from 9AM - 6PM Fri & Sat and 10AM - 4PM on Sunday. 
  • Vendors may request a specific booth from the Vendor site map below on the Vendor Application. 
  • Booth assignment will be based on availability and may be subject to change.
  • We have a small selection of tables and tents that can be rented for $5 each per day. Vendor is required to set up and return to rental equipment at the end of the event.    
  • Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted by a representative.

A few little rules that we ask you to follow: 


  • Vendors may begin table set-up on Thursdays - Bayou This and That is open on Thursdays from 9AM-5PM (call store the verify first, please).
  • Please remember to help clean up your area with and debris (broom available at office) and properly disinfect your location frequently during operation hours.  You will need to help assist in providing your own cleaning supplies.  
  • Vendors can begin to set-up goods as early as 7AM on Trade Days and fully set-up no later than 8:50AM. 
  • Shopper gates will open at 9AM Friday/Saturday and 10AM on Sundays.   
  • Vendors can use general parking to unload and set up.  Must move vehicles to the designated Vendor Parking area no later than 8:50AM.
  • Any Vendor passes provided should be displayed on dash of your vehicle.
  • There is absolutely NO SMOKING at your station.Vendors may not smoke at vendor stations around customers and should smoke in the parking lot. Please be courteous. 
  • ALL VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO BE POSITIVE AND ADDRESS ANY ISSUES OR CONCERNS DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNERS.  
  • WE EXPECT PROFESSIONALISM AMONG THE VENDORS AT ALL TIMES.
