History of the flea market
Flea market comes from the French marché aux puces, a name originally given to a market in Paris which specialized in shabby second-hand goods of the kind that might contain fleas. What better place to honor this than deep in the heart of Monroe, LA!
We bring the love of trade to Monroe! Our Vendors offer the best in antique finds, as well as other popular items for our shoppers. As the saying goes, one man's junk is another man's treasure!

Days we operate
Bayou Trade Days will operate on the third weekend of each month. Vendors will be allowed to set-up on Thursday and the gates for shoppers will be open at 9:00 am on Friday & Saturday mornings and 10:00 am on Sunday.
